Cary B. Cheifetz has been elected assistant secretary pf the American Academy of Family Lawyers Foundation, the charitable arm of the AAML.

Mr. Cheifetz was a guest lecturer at Rutgers Law School on the issue of drafting enforceable premarital agreements.

Mr. Cheifetz will be speaking at the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law meeting on February 11, 2020.
